Botanical Ingredients:
Marshmallow root, Wild Cherry bark, Fennel seed, Licorice root, Orange peel, Ginger rhizome, Lemon peel, Cinnamon bark.
Suggested Use:
Directions: Add 1 rounded tablespoon herbs to 2 cups cold water. Allow to sit 5-30 minutes. Heat to almost boiling. Let sit, covered for 15-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a large mug or glass jar. Naturally sweetened with licorice root, no additional sweetener necessary.
Warning:
Licorice (less than 10% of formula) is not for use in persons with high blood pressure, liver disorders, edema, kidney insufficiency, low blood potassium, heart disease with edema, or congestive heart failure. Licorice should not be used for a prolonged period or in high doses except under the care of your qualified health care practitioner.
