Botanical Ingredients:
Natural Hope herbal’s Organic Be-Well Tea includes Raspberry leaf, Peppermint leaf, Alfalfa leaf, Stinging Nettle leaf, Yarrow herb & flower.
Suggested Use:
Directions: Bring 1 quart water to near boiling. Add 1-2 rounded tablespoons herbs to the hot water or pour hot water over herbs in a glass jar. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes. Strain through a sieve into a glass jar or pitcher. Sweeten with honey or other natural sweetener if desired.
Warning:
During pregnancy limit to 4 cups daily. Stinging Nettle may cause constipation. People with severe ragweed allergies may also be sensitive to Yarrow
