Botanical Ingredients:
Organic Green Tea, Organic Spearmint leaf, Organic Chamomile blossom, Organic Moringa leaf, Organic Lavender buds.
Suggested Use:
Directions: Use 1 to 3 tablespoons of tea per quart of water. Heat water to almost boiling, remove from heat and pour over tea. Stir, cover, and steep for 10 to 20 minutes, or more. Strain, sweeten if desired. Serve hot or chill.
Adjust amount of tea, steeping time, and temperature according to preference. That’s the beauty of loose-leaf tea, you can make it to taste!
Warning:
Contains approximately 18-22 mg of caffeine per 8 ounce cup of brewed tea (a cup of coffee contains about 100mg). Use with caution if sensitive to caffeine. People with ragweed allergies may also be sensitive to Chamomile. Avoid Moringa leaf during pregnancy.
