Botanical Ingredients:
Plantain leaf, Yarrow herb in flower, Sage leaf, Calendula flower, St. John’s Wort flowering tops, Witch Hazel leaf, Lavender flower, Rosemary leaf, Comfrey root powder, Celtic Sea Salt.
Suggested Use:
Directions: Bring 2 quarts water to boiling. Add approx. 2 cups of the herb blend to the hot water or pour the hot water over the herbs. Let sit, covered one hour. Strain and pour into a sitz bath or small tub. Add water to bring to desired level and temperature. Should be comfortably hot.
