When I opened this bottle I was not able to use it. There was a thick substance at the bottom of the dropper. I cleaned the dropper so I can use it. Is it still safe to use?

Yes, it is 🙂 Although all our products must pass through a sixty mesh cloth to meet Kosher standards, some solids will accumulate at the bottom of the bottle. This is safe and normal, thus shaking as advised. Unfortunately, some of the solids may plug the dropper. We suggest using a clean pin or tooth pick to open any stopped droppers.
