Suggested Use:
Shake vigorously before use. Mix 1 tsp. (5 ml) with 1/2-1 oz (15-30 ml) water or herbal tea. Stir well and let it sit for 1-5 minutes to hydrate. As the suspended slippery elm absorbs water it will develop its naturally heavy consistency. Take 3-4 times daily, or as needed. Store in a cool, dry place. Do NOT refrigerate.
